I can’t make your hair grow, nor can I make you taller. But I can transform your body.
1.) Exercise daily.
2.) Eat better food.
3.) Get more sleep.
4.) Drink more water (but not too much).
5.) Cut back on the alcohol.
6.) Familiarise yourself with 'calories'.
7.) Start tracking your calories.
8.) Choose methods you enjoy.
9.) Give yourself a goal and set a deadline.
10.) Be consistent with all of the above.
